Oct. 31 – Good, clean and fair: eating well with the senses and intelligence, learning to buy smartly and choosing products according to quality. This is the philosophy behind Slow Food, whose slogan is “Good, Clean and Fair.” The non-profit organization led by Carlo Petrini is organizing for the third consecutive year the Slow Food Market, which will be held in Zurich November 8-10. Bread and grains, dairy products, cheese, fruit and vegetables, fish, meat, ham and sausages, delicatessen, oils and herbs, chocolate, jams and ice creams, and drinks of all kinds: the heart of the fair is a huge market for foods and wines. The 2012 edition was a great success, with the participation of 180 exhibitors and 9,200 visitors, of which 93 % bought products.
