Moscow – Italomania is a two-day event entirely dedicated to Italy. The second edition of the event, organized by the newspaper “Moscow Today,” will transform Moscow’s Tsentral’ny Dom Khudozhnik in a real Italian city, with a central square, a university, a museum, a cinema, a concert hall, a library, an inn and a tourist agency. It will be the perfect place for Muscovites to explore their love for Italian film, music, language, literature, travel and food. The oasis will be on site June 7-8, with a wide range of specialties from various Italian regions, presentations, master classes and tastings. There will be Italian gourmet food workshops and cooking schools; Italian chefs will reveal the secrets of preparing various dishes, and will be ready to satisfy any curiosity about the ingredients needed to make them. The program includes lectures on wine, cheese, ham, pasta, olive oil and other Italian delicacies. (9Colonne)
