Oct. 15 – Bologna recently hosted the meeting introducing local businesses to the multi-sector trade mission program for Vietnam – specifically for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City – that will take place November 23-26. The Unioncamere Emilia-Romagna headquarters held a technical preparatory workshop that involved many country experts, who detailed existing business opportunities in Vietnam for Italian companies in the mechanical, renewable energy, medical and biomedical, infrastructure and connectivity sectors. The seminar was organized by Unioncamere Emilia-Romagna in collaboration with the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Ministry of Economic Development, the ICE Agency, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, Confindustria, Rete Imprese Italia, Alleanza delle Cooperative, and Abi. The seminar was a useful opportunity to learn about the details of the mission, which will allow companies to explore the commercial opportunities held by the industrial parks in Vietnam, where tax treatments and bureaucratic procedures are facilitated and streamlined. The mission is organized by the ICE Agency, Confindustria, Abi, Unioncamere, Rete Imprese Italia, Alleanza delle Cooperative, and Conferenza delle Regioni under the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economic Development.
