Dec. 29 – Italian gastronomy goes to Houston on April 14-15, with “Taste of Italy – Wine and Dine Italian Style”. The event is organized by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Texas, and is open to Italian operators specialized in authentic Italian Food & Wine products interested in entering the US market. The commercial promotion initiative will enable participants to meet 10-15 potential buyers of their sector from the state of Texas and 3-5 buyers from other states. Among these potential buyers, there are large retail chains, restaurants and associations of restaurateurs, distributors and importers who serve dozens of clients in the food and beverage chain in one or more States, as well as the specialized press and food bloggers.
