Mogadishu – The military personnel of the Italian National Support Element (NSE IT), which operates within the European Union Training Mission in Somalia (EUTM Somalia), delivered pediatric medicines to the Somali medical center Mother and Child Health Care, located in the district of Kaaraan. The medicine had been supplied by the Italian organization Perigeo. The recipient institution was chosen based on its proximity to the many refugee camps. Local authorities were present during the delivery, highlighting the importance and potential of relations between civilians and the military in the field of cooperation and solidarity in crisis areas.
