Goyang – The Termoli Chef Antonio Terzano was the only Italian guest of Slow Food Festival Asia Pacific, held in Goyang, Korea. The event took place in the Korean International Exhibition Centre (Kintex), where Terzano met with around 300 professionals: exhibitors, chefs and food activists of the Slow Food network from over 40 countries around the world, visitors with the aim of promoting quality food, sustainable production and small-scale agriculture.
