Paris – The BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas and Sace have completed a financing operation worth €1.5 million in favor of Bibi Film, a film and television company specializing in the development and production of films and documentaries with European public broadcasters and international broadcasters. The loan granted by BNL – the reference bank of the film industry for the past 8 decades – and guaranteed by SACE up to 50% is designed to support costs for the dissemination of cinema and television productions in the European markets, and, in particular, it has been used for the production and foreign distribution of the film “Le Confessioni” by director Roberto Andò. The film, starring an international cast including Toni Servillo, Connie Nielsen, Daniel Autiel, Lambert Wilson and PierFrancesco Favino, was co-produced by Rai Cinema and France, with the contribution of the Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities.
