Algiers. Exporting the Civil Protection model of Friuli Venezia Giulia in the event of an earthquake in Algeria, Tunisia and Iran. It is the goal of a partnership coordinated by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region together with Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) in Trieste which also sees the involvement of National Institute of Oceanography and Experimental Geophysics, the University of Trieste and the Association of Earthquake Stricken and Mayors for Reconstruction of Friuli Venezia Giulia and other partners of the three countries involved as well as the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology in Rome.
