(May 12, 2016) According to Franco Albini, “we transmit our ideas through our works more than through ourselves”. He was an architect and designer. One of the most important and rigorous of the twentieth century (1905-1977). It is his works that speak of him, of his philosophy, and his work. To discover Franco Albini’s work in Paris, one can do so at the Italian Cultural Institute until May 30th. The exhibition dedicated to one of the greatest master of modern Italian architecture will remain open to the public until later this month. This is the first retrospective dedicated to him in France. The exhibition is curate by Giampiero Bosoni, the exhibition is organised in collaboration with the Fondazione Franco Albini and in partnership with the Cassino company, which has exclusive production of Albini furniture. This exhibition will allow the public to discover the most daring projects of the great Italian architect, wondering at the same time on the fruitfulness of his method, not to mention his passions of man and citizen.
