Paris – SIAL in Paris (16-20 October 2016) represents an important opportunity for visibility and formative experience for 20 young Italian entrepreneurs who are among the winners of the “Mipaaf Call for participation in national and international fairs 2016”, who will be present at the ISMEA pavilion (Pavilion 1D – 094) to present their products and offer samples thanks to the cooking-show formulae with chef Matteo Puccio. The initiative is part of the support provided by ISMEA to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry for the implementation of the “Youth Entrepreneurship promotion programmes in agriculture.” The innovative feature of the project lies in the choice, by ISMEA, to precede the fair events with a training package dedicated to farmers under 40, with teachers specialised in marketing, digital marketing, direct sales and export businesses.
