(August 24, 2017) – It will be held on Saturday, August 26, at 8.30 PM, at Teatro Sergio Cardoso in Bela Vista (Brazil), the premiere of “Apocalypse Now – O fim do mundo para leigos”, a performance by Três Joias Produções Artísticas In collaboration with the Italian Institute of Culture of Sao Paulo. Inspired by the archetypes of the Italian Commedia dell’Arte, this operetta tells the story of a post-modern Pantalone. He will be the only survivor of an attack on a city whose inhabitants will be exterminated. A chemical weapon will destroy, with its lethal scent, every form of human life, saving only the cultural and artistic heritage. The show will be performed in Italian and subtitled in Portuguese.
