Podgorica – On the occasion of the third week of Italian cuisine in the world, an Italian chef today gave a lesson on Italian cuisine at the Sergije Stanic Hotel Institute in Podgorica. The students tried their hand at preparing “spaghetti with fresh tomatoes and basil” and “fettuccine Alfredo”. Teachers of “culinary art” were also involved. Great interest from the enthusiastic students of the initiative and the Director of the Vukcevic school thanked the chef and the Embassy for organising an event that the students will remember for a long time. The products for the preparation of the dishes were provided by the Confindustria Montenegro Office.
