Madrid – The Mayor of Torino, Piero Fassino, is in Madrid today for the promotion of the City of Turin and its excellent economic, cultural and tourist attractions. “Turin: a city to discover – culture, art, economy, tourism and innovation” is the title of the meeting that will take place tomorrow at the Italian Cultural Institute in Madrid on Calle Mayor. The event, organized with the support of Turismo Torino, will be the right occasion to present Turin’s program for Expo 2015, and to develop the cooperation and investments opportunities that the city offers. The meeting will be accompanied by a cocktail reception with food and wine from Piedmont. The promotional mission was preceded by a a film festival curated by the Torino Film Commission. (9Colonne)
