Shanghai – Roncadin is a Friuli company specializing in the production of high-quality frozen pizzas; it began exporting the product to China, selling a typically Italian product at a more affordable price than restaurants, and that can be eaten at home. The idea worked, and Italian entrepreneur Dario Roncadin decided, after seeing the numbers of the online sales, to open a flagship store in a Shanghai business center. “The Chinese love everything that is Made in Italy, as it is considered to be synonymous with quality,” says Roncadin. To make a Roncadin pizza, place the frozen pizza in a pan, cover it and cook it at a low heat for eight to ten minutes. (9Colonne)
