Oct. 31 – For thirty companies from Trentino, the Côte d’Azur is closer than ever before, thanks to an initiative by Trentino Sviluppo in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Trento. These local companies met in recent days in Rovereto with representatives of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of the Nice-Sophia Antipolis-Côte d’Azur area. Secretary-General Agostino Pesce and Head of Business Services Marco Saitta explained to the entrepreneurs interested in new business opportunities the potential in the French region, providing information on internationalization projects currently underway beyond the Alps. “The French region of Nice-Sophia Antipolis-Côte d’Azur and Trentino – says Agostino Pesce, Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in France – are very close both geographically and logistically. France is the second largest export market for Italy, and the third market for Trentino. We met with very well structured companies, who are clearly ready to internationalize.” (Cle)
