Herning – The biennale event “Food Expo 2016” will take place 6-8 March 2016 in Denmark, in Herning. The initiative is the most important B2B platform in the field of food and wine throughout the north of Europe. It is open exclusively to professionals, and in 2014 it attracted more than 25,000 visitors (operators in the food service, importers, restaurateurs, wholesalers, and GDO buyers). The event is the ideal showcase for Italian companies interested in marketing their food and wine products in the North European market. The fair is divided into several pavilions, including “Gourmet and Beer Market” and “Wine Market”. It also features a special section dedicated to organic products. The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Denmark, the only representative of the Food Expo for Italian exhibitors, offers Italian companies interested in participating as exhibitors the possibility of not paying the registration fee to attend the fair.
